Don and his two partners, Deborah Weston and Greg Bartholomai have worked together since 1995. Greg Bartholomai: Greg Bartholomai: Greg has a B.S. degree in business with a concentration in finance from Indiana University, and an M.B.A. from Bellarmine University. He has been in mortgage lending since 1986 and is past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville.
Greg is married and has four children. He enjoys swimming, participating in his children's activities, and is active in his church.

Nancy Hazelton: Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Nancy is a graduate of Memphis State University and The Institute of Financial Education. She has been in the mortgage business for 37 years and is experienced in all phases of mortgage lending. Nancy was Vice President/Director of Mortgage Lending for the former Future Federal Savings Bank, and former Secretary and Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville.
Nancy and her husband of 37 years graduated from high school together, have two children and five grandchildren who are located “all over the world”. When she’s not traveling to visit her family, Nancy spends time gardening, walking and baking. Nancy has competed in the State Fair for many years and is the first person in Kentucky to win the Archway National Cookie Contest, has won the Hershey’s Cocoa Greatest Chocolate Cake Contest and over 100 ribbons for various baking contests.
