 Don
Rupert: Don began his career in the retail
mortgage industry in 1979 and has been with Mortgage
Network since 1989. Don and his three partners, Deborah
Weston, Donna Davis, and Greg Bartholomai have worked
together since 1995. They have built a company dedicated
to delivering superior customer service through a commitment
to honesty, integrity, fairness, and teamwork. Mortgage

 Deborah
Weston: Deborah is a Louisville native. She attended
the University of Kentucky-JCC and has 23 years experience
in finance. Deborah is a member of the Mortgage Bankers
Association of Louisville and the National Association
of Female Executives. She is also a member of "Mortgage
Lenders By Referral Only University" based in
San Diego, California. Deborah attends ongoing training
every 90 days at different locations around the country
to maintain a level of service for her clients that
is "world class."
Deborah is married; she and her husband have three
sons. The two oldest sons are in college with the youngest
still in high school. She is active with her family
and community. Deborah was named "Mrs. Kentucky" in
1990 and still participates in pageants and judging.
Deborah's many years of experience and expertise

 Donna
J. Davis: Donna is a Louisville native
and graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A.
in business with concentrations in finance and economics.
She has over 15 years experience in the industry. She
is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of
Louisville, Kentucky Mortgage Brokers Association and
an affiliate member of the Louisville Board of Realtors.
Donna was recently married in August 2004. She enjoys
aerobics, strength training, and spending time with
friends and family. She is an active member of First
Christian Church where she serves as a Deacon.

 Greg
Bartholomai: Greg Bartholomai: Greg has a
B.S. degree in business with a concentration in finance
from Indiana
University, and an M.B.A. from Bellarmine University.
He has 16 years experience in mortgage lending and
is past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association
of Louisville. He currently is a member of the Louisville
Home Builder's Sales and Marketing Council and Business
Network
International.
Greg is married and has four children. He enjoys
swimming, participating in his children's activities,
and is
active in his church.

Thomas: Don has been in the mortgage business
since 1984 and has a thorough understanding of all
aspects of the loan process. He is a graduate of
Western Kentucky University with a degree in business.
He is a member of the Louisville Mortgage Bankers
Association, Kentucky Mortgage Brokers Association
and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Don
has been married to his wife, Micki, for 23 years
and they have two children. In addition to work and
his family he enjoys golf and exercising.
Don's experience and knowledge allow him to advise
his clients on different loan options that will help
them obtain their financial goals. He makes sure everyone
involved in the transaction is informed so there are
no surprises or frustrations. Don's main objectives
are to meet his client's expectations and needs so

 Marian
Harrell: Marian is a native Louisvillian
who graduated from Seneca High School and the University
of Louisville with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies
degree. She & her
husband, Larry Haag, have 2 sons, a daughter-in-law,
a daughter and son-in-law and 2 wonderful grandchildren,
Mae Alice and Ike. In addition to being “Mammow”,
her favorite role, she spends her leisure time traveling,
antiquing, and reading.
Marian’s career as a loan originator began in
1991, after having been a Realtor for a number of years.
She enjoys helping customers muddle through the mortgage
maze & considers herself a teacher & adviser.
Providing responsive personal service gives her clients
the confidence to make informed decisions regarding
their financial options. Her past customers are
her greatest source of business, either referring family & friends
to her or calling her when they need financing information
or a new loan. She gives honest, straightforward
advice so that all customers can obtain the “American

 Nancy
Hazelton: Originally from Memphis, Tennessee,
Nancy is a graduate of Memphis State University and
The Institute of Financial Education. She has
been in the mortgage business for 37 years and is
experienced in all phases of mortgage lending. Nancy
was Vice President/Director of Mortgage Lending for
the former Future Federal Savings Bank, and former
Secretary and Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers
Association of Louisville.
Nancy and her husband of 37 years graduated from high
school together, have two children and five grandchildren
who are located “all over the world”. When
she’s not traveling to visit her family, Nancy
spends time gardening, walking and baking. Nancy
has competed in the State Fair for many years and is
the first person in Kentucky to win the Archway National
Cookie Contest, has won the Hershey’s Cocoa Greatest
Chocolate Cake Contest and over 100 ribbons for various
baking contests.
Nancy is a firm believer in customer service excellence,
communication, and is personally involved with all
her clients throughout the entire home buying process. Her
high percentage of referrals is a testament to that
belief.

 Teresa Neuman: Teresa was born and raised in Louisville.
She is a graduate from the University of Louisville
with a B.A. in Communication. She has been doing financial
analysis for clients while in corporate sales for three
years and has been in the mortgage business just under
a year. Teresa is a member of Young Professionals Association
of Louisville, an affiliate member of Women’s
Council of Realtors and an active member in the St.
Matthews Lions Club. Her main goal in the mortgage
business is to educate her customers and guide them
in making the biggest purchase of their lives.
Teresa is married with two young children, both of
which keep her extremely active. She enjoys swimming
and skiing, volleyball, softball, scrap booking, and
a rare quiet evening. She and her family also enjoy
attending U of L and River Bats games. She is active
in her community and church as well.
